Orders & Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, PayPal checkout, and Klarna.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not support Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid for online using one of our accepted payment methods during checkout.

3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

4. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all products to the 48 contiguous states. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories/protectorates, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

6. What carriers do you use?
We partner with several reliable carriers including USPS, Uniuni, GOFO Express, and Easy Post to deliver your orders.

7. How long will delivery take?
After processing, you can expect to receive your order within 12 to 15 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier.

Returns & Refunds

8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy from the date you receive your item(s). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

9. How do I initiate a return?
Please contact our customer service team at service@mail.ton-lix.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.

10. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time (depending on your card issuer's policy) for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

We are a comprehensive retailer offering a wide variety of department store items to meet your home, lifestyle, and fashion needs.

12. Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can request to modify or cancel your order by contacting us immediately after purchase. We can only accommodate these requests if the order has not yet entered the packaging/shipping process. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.

13. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund for eligible cases.

14. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
